I love Bonz Atron's style and technique, it's always a pleasure to see and see again one of his edits. Congratulations, he deserves it !

HansNickmans

Congrats to Bonz Atron! And also the Kendama Co team, that's a really impressive result!

I've going around youtube for some footage of the event (apparently a lot of people were filming):
Free session:

BonzAtron's final round (look around, there are a lot of different angles available):

Coverage of the 12th, with some exhibitions:

Just look around on youtube, there is a lot of footage of this event. If only I knew Japanese...

Kendama Belgium!

that free session was insane, pulling hard combos in front of a crowd.. no nerves?!?!

kendamatty

That was pretty surprising (as I've never seen either of the top two placing Americans in person, makes me very excited to see them in the flesh in cph.) Those were some crazy scores Chris and bonz!!!

My money was on saturo akimoto, so 3rd wasn't too far off. 20 years experience had to make way for fresh meat it seems!

BonzAtron's final round is insane. You just have to look at the presenters and how they are freaking out :)

Oh, I just started watching the free session and it looks amazing. I don't have time right now but I'll definitely watch it later.

I had guessed Satoru Akimoto would be in there...the guy's a machine!
If you watch the video, I think his nerves fought with him a bit, given the crowd, etc.
Congrats to Bonz and Kris!!!!
Gives a good picture of the level these guys are playing at.

i think the big suprise is chris do
i don't want to rip on the guy, but i really didn't know this fellow had so much consistenty in him.

The event was amazing, Gloken did a great job putting it on! Hats off to them.

Bonz killed it, the trip was the first time I've ever really been able to play with him a bunch. He's an animal.
