Feel Flux
« on: 24 October, 2014, 11:23:06 »
Looking through some videos for SkillCon, I came across the feel flux. Anybody seen this?
Initially, I think tricks are more limited.. However that's what I initially thought about kendama. Let's wait and see.

these do kind of look interesting. with a bit of modification for extended play i could see this as another skill toy. maybe add notches on the rim for the ball to fall into, or multiple balls for juggling variations. the only problem i see is that it is a SUPER powerful magnet and if it were to get too close to certain electronics, that would be not good

but if you made a special case that was an appropriate distance from your electronic valuables, and also a play area that was also far away from any hard drives, computers, bank cards, and other sensitive electronics, then YES!

If you go to their Indiegogo page, you can see that they already developed a protective carrying case for the ball. But indeed, it does seem it bit risky to have around.
