If I recal I believe I said 'Haruki Murakam Norwegian wood' at the BKO but I was on the spot and that is probably not even my favourite book of his.
Anyway I will say my favourite book is 'The Jokes over: Memories of Hunters S Thompson by Ralph Steadman' But I may be lying  ???
3rd place @ BKO 2016 Adv. Division. :-)

I've read many and while I love "the Lord of the rings", it is probably not my favorite (too thick for a first read).
I'll go with "the little prince".

Oh, I didn't mean to read it first (you should definitely read the Hobbit first) but for the first time you read it, when you are not familiar with all the mythology, subsequents readings of LotR are much more entertaining.

"Easy" comp to enter, not such an easy question to answer....:)

Much as I want to go for Steinbeck's "The Grapes of Wrath" (because it's an incredible piece of work), I'd probably have to go for "Bluebeard" by Vonnegut, as I seem to have re-read it more often than anything else!

Woo, a difficult question indeed. I think the book that most resembles the intricacies of kendama in its composition would be Vladimir Nabokov's Pale Fire, a maddening little literary game for imaginations of all ages!

Difficult question, especially if I would want to get all dutch on this competition.

However, Stephen King's The Green Mile left me very silent at the end. I guess it would be that one.
