It's the same trick, but with the free hand's index finger in the cup to hold the ken in place)

Isn't the lunar spinny-whatever one of dutchkendama's? I'm sure one of his edits is full of that sort of thing. The stilts on the ball though is a bit nuts.
I do love fresh, simple but mad hard tricks so this was a delight!
