Responsive theme (mobile view)

After a few failed attempts, we have finally managed to install a responsive theme for mobile devices.
You don't have to do anything. If you're viewing on a mobile device, the mobile theme should automatically activate. (This does not apply to tapatalk).
So, visit http://kendama.co.uk/forum in your mobile's browser, and you should see a different layout.

Looks really nice. The reason I started d using taptalk was that the mobile their wasn't there.

I only miss the read / unread markers, but other than that it's really nice.

Yep, those would be nice, but beyond our control.
Also, FYI, and for anyone else who may not have noticed it: If you are logged in, the first link below your icon is "Show unread posts since last visit".
