Is the pill/jumbo pill more difficult than a regular kendama? Im really intrigued by the pill but im not that good at regular kendama and dont want to start something that is even more difficult.

The basic techniques are the same - knees, catch downwards - but otherwise, as the pill is a less complex design, I'd say it's a little easier.
Depends what you do with it, of course!

And what about regular vs giant pill in terms of difficulty?
Bigger's easier, although a bit more tiring on a long session.
