Title: KYU grading!?

How come that on kendama.co.uk, on the tricks page, Moshikame only needs to be completed for KYU grade 1? Where as on http://kendama.org/ (http://kendama.org/) it must be completed from KYU grade 6 through to KYU grade 1?
