Advanced Spacewalk tricks (two hand stuff)

Hey guys, I love the way spacewalks look and how fun they can be to do. I have lots of tricks I can do with my one hand but i always see edits where they use two hands. It looks epic and i would love to learn how to do it, unfortunately spacewalks are fast tricks so i cant take much from the videos Can anyone help? A quick tutorial would be sick!
