bilbostyle shipping?

Has anyone ordered from bilbostyle.com? I heard it takes a long time for them to ship because they hand make their bilboquets, but I ordered one at the end of January and I'm thinking/ hoping I will be getting it soon. If someone has experience with them could you let me know if my timeline seems correct or if I should try to contact them. Thanks!

for a couple friends here in canada it took up to 5 months sadly... but they are really sick bilbos once they arrive!!

They take a loong time, but they are nice.

Sadly, my bilbo is one of the only toys I've ever lost.
