Tie breaks were first decide on who improved the most from last year, then a join was put in place. (Wyatt made it to 10 as he was an honorary 21 last year, but was listed as New Entry). The final two places had this tie to separate them both.

I'm very surprised to be so high up on the list. I suppose that's due to this poll taking place on a forum where I'm so active, but thanks all the same to everyone who voted for me. Very kind.
