Hi guys. I also grow carnivorous plants as a hobby.
The pic is my dama next to a pitcher plant. The insect is attracted to the trap with nectar. The rim is very slippy and the bug falls into enzymes which break Dow the bug and the guts are absorbed by the plant! Very gruesome.

BTW, the enzymes aren't strong enough to "digest" human skin. (Not yet at least
