Another little gem has appeared on ebay ....... forget the old beech/ cherry wood, have a look at this fine piece of exotic hardwood:

Ooh, I was actually real close to ordering some lignum vitae online a couple days ago, but the shipping put the price waaay up there so I decided I better scope a local shop first. I think its the second densest wood out there, and you can get cuts of it that are amazingly green in colour. Super nice!
