Lightning Drops

When I was playing KEN against my friend the other day, we both had different opinions on what "Lightning Drop" is. I thought it was a double spacewalk, but he thought it was a singular spacewalk with an underhand catch and a one turn ken spin. Could you guys please clear up this confusion?

AFAIK lightning drop is a 2 turn spacewalk
