Where you hold the ball, swing the ken and balance one of the cups and spike on the hole of the ball. It seems like one of the hardest stand alone trick. Can anyone do this on command? Let alone a few tries?

Do you mean stilts / bamboo horse? Pretty hard.

Stilts is an advanced trick for sure, but keep practicing and bend those knees and you'll get it.

I knew i was off with the spelling haha. But i feel if you start off doing an airplane, and slightly release the ken so it tilts as it swings, and land it. But i havent done it for more then a fraction of a second

Yes, or you can use the "hook" start too. Search the forum for "stilts", I think there's a thread of advice for it.
Also, it is a hard trick, but I managed 5 in a row when I was working on them (See Videos > Records) , so it can be conquered.
If you don't want to BUY MY BOOKS 😉, then why not ask your local library to order them in, and read them for free? That would help too. Cheers!

I find that having less swing and more "up-pull" gives you a lot better rotation of the Ken.
I have only landed a few but this is what I found.
Hope you lace it soon! its a great feeling haha
