For this week's VOTW, we've picked a vid that highlights how much effort goes into achieving the tricks we see in the online compilations where everyone always looks so awesome. This is what it's really like!

Hah, I love it. For me, this is the reason I've been involved in juggling and manipulation for the past 16 years, that moment you finally land a trick after days/months/weeks of trying... where you just stand and appreciate the feeling for a little while (before you see if you can do it again, and instantly fail)! It makes it all worthwhile and the look on Eric's face at the end shows that completely.
