Nice Sakura stack. In the second pic, it looks like the 'wasp' Sunrise is touching the ceiling! Also, I wouldn't have the nerve to make a stack that close to where it could fall on a laptop screen. :-)

This is something I haven't tried yet. Maybe I'll have go later......

The "bridge" one is nice, and the tip-to-tip one is pleasing. A little bit of help from the carpet on that one, I imagine.

Great photos, Rob, who knows what variations might come from this kind of experimentation? And, nice to see that you've got your priorities straight:
