My one real problem with the YUMU is the pegs were too short, but the YUMU 2.0 will have longer pegs.

I liked your review, I think the pegs being too short is the consensus among most players.
I've found that wrapping a few layers of masking tape around the end of the pegs helps a little. Now that I own a lathe I'll likely just make my own longer pegs though (or better yet, a sarado with spikes?)

Otherwise I reeally like the yumu kens. Such a good weight to them, very solid feeling. Ball is a little heavy so I swapped it out with a pink ooz.

Like you said, a fun new dama, but keep your favourite oozora/other dama handy

Yea, his dad has made a couple 3 spikes (Alex Ruisch has one of them). Walnut wood I think

If you don't want to BUY MY BOOKS 😉, then why not ask your local library to order them in, and read them for free? That would help too. Cheers!

Nice find Void! I've heard that the additional spikes they supply have been changed and are now a much better length too. New colours looking good!
