If holding the hanging ken in your right hand, turn to your left. And vice versa.
Turning the other way is much harder.
If you don't want to BUY MY BOOKS 😉, then why not ask your local library to order them in, and read them for free? That would help too. Cheers!

I know but it is unnatural for me to spin that way. Im already working on it. Really I need a way to practice more than 3 without feeling sick!
