Title: Dead body tips
Post by: KrisWhyte on 21 March, 2014, 19:13:40
can anyone give me tips on dead body? every time i land the ken on the tama it either slides off or tilts and one of the cups touches my hand.. (with the occasional perfect one (1/100...))

and i'm trying my best to keep my hand under the "equator" of the tama

I find that this trick is the opposite to Lunar
With a lunar it is recomended to push your sarado down
With DB push your sarado up a little

Also read "Click!" (I think) it really helps!

Hey Kris

Make sure there is absolutely no twist in the string before you start.

The swing should be more "down and up" rather than away from you.

Grip the tama gently during the catch, then there's less chance of the ken rocking and touching your fingers as it lands.

Hope this helps, D
