i see people like turner throne and other people doing all of these cool spacewalk things with both of their hands. what is that called? like one of them is where they did a handroll on their right hand then grabbed it with their left (tama) and slide their hand off on the string and back to the tama and back and forth. what is this called?

Hi Andrew.
One of the cool things about kendama is its near infinite variety of possible tricks. As such, not every trick, or "trick element" has a specific name. Sometimes it's best to just describe a trick sequence. So (without having a specific video to watch for reference), you might write down a sequence something like you describe as
Spacewalk>Handroll>Hand Swap>Swirl Big Cup>Spike

"Hand Swap" seems like a simple description that's easy to understand. You might say "Exchange" or "Switch". It all depends. If you have a specific trick in mind, then please post a video link with a timestamp. Also, you know there's a "What's That Trick Called?" thread, right? :) Have a read through it, you might find it enlightening.
Cheers!
