good question

for me, it varies. if im doing long clicking runs of cup-to-cup or moshi kame, music all the way!
if im doing extra careful balance tricks and/or trying brand new combos, silence is golden.

either way, im working towards zoning out and blocking surrounding stimuli

Now that I think about it, I really haven't tried playing kendama while listening to music. I've just always done it in silence for maximum dama focus. I'll do a little experiment later and get back to this thread haha.
