So for fun and kicks, lets maybe have a little meet up in Newbury!
We'll be meeting from around 1:00 PM in Victoria Park, around the bandstand area. It also seems like we may get a little bit of live music (http://www.newbury.gov.uk/schedule-of-events.php) too!
Travel information from a previous, simmilar, meet:

So, if 2 other people say yes for this, lets go!

I'm in.
I'm 15% in. It looks unlikely because I'll be in doing stuff in Brighton that morning, but if that finishes early I'll try and be there.
Let's hope you can make it Sam!
Possible postpone for the 7th September, if this date is better for anyone please let me know.
-Rob
Postponed to 7th September
So who's in now?
I'm still good for that.
I'm hoping I can make that. Still very much in recovery mode at the moment, cant even play Kendama as bending is too painful :(
Will get back to you closer to the time!
I'd love to come for a meet but Im too busy in work around that time. Sucks because a couple weeks after that date I have time booked off work.
mreasyguy get well soon!
BenPycroft24 ah, shame. Would love too have seen a new face :'(. Maybe another time, the next BKO maybe?
Hopefully another time yeah.
When is the next bko?
Not sure I'm up to the level of most of the kendama players here. But always happy to meet new players and have fun playing.
BKO has not been officially announced yet, so keep your eyes peeled! Skill wise it doesn't matter how good you are, it's all about being around new faces with the same interests as you. And learning tips to improve yourself! If you practice you will achieve!
-Rob
Hopefully I can come to the next bko. When I find out the dates I'll book time off work.
Would be awesome to see talented people play and meet new people
im in!
Ok, it's on!
i'd love to, but Newbury's too far away from scotland :(
now, if we could get a glasgow meet that'd be a different story
Sad to hear it Sqveel, I guess next BKO as well?
bko looks super fun, i'd love to go to the next one but it's dependant on where it is. If it's london there's no way, but other places in england i may be able to convince my man we should go.
I went to birmingham with him for the yoyo midlands regionals so he could meet throwers and compete in a trick ladder, surely I could convince him to do the same for me :P
not just for meets though, it's way too far to travel. It's a shame scotland doesn't see much action in these kind of things. There's very little in the way of a yoyo scene up here for him too.
Sorry I fell off the grooms for a bit there, can't make it I'm afraid. Next time for sure
Just checked parking, and it's no longer free on Sundays. It's £1 for 08:00-18:00, and £1 after that. Just so you're not surprised....
A small, but fun meet. Cool times hanging out, shooting vids, and jamming. Expect a sequel to "BKA in Newbury (http://www.kendama.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,419.0.html)" soon. Cheers, Rob & Will (& Bev).
Indeed, it was fun. good weather, good tricks good times!
we certainly got some good bangers for the video so expect it in a week or so
-Rob
P.S if you couldnt make it to this meet but wanted to, organise your own youll certainly have a lot of fun and learn sooooo much too!
