Hello all!
Recently, I ordered a kendama online because everyone around my area was starting to get into it, so I figured that I should give it a shot.
It's a Sky Blue Ozora if anyone is wondering.
Anyways, since I am new, I was wondering if you guys had any tips for me and all the other people who are just starting.
I glued my spike already, as everyone I knew told me to do that first priority. What are the fundamentals that I should learn and practice, and get down perfectly?
All help is appreciated!
Hi Toyz and welcome!
A great place to start would be http://www.kendama.co.uk/first10.html (http://www.kendama.co.uk/first10.html)
There are clear instructions and videos on the first 10 tricks you really should learn.
Have a good rummage around the forum and use the search bar to find more info too.
Enjoy!
Hi Toyz,
Welcome to the forum.
What Kev said, plus also the FAQ at http://www.kendama.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,6.0.html (http://www.kendama.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,6.0.html) may help.
Cheers and clicks!
Hey guys! I'm new as well! I'm waiting for my kendama to come in on Thursday (red tama Oozora). I'm wondering as to what's a good routine to go about learning how to do these tricks. And what does super gluing the spike do? Also what can I also do to optimize my kendama experience?
