Could someone please explain the order and grip for this trick? I've seen several different versions on youtube.

Small Cup, Big Cup, Base Cup. (or Big, Small, Base - both are usually accepted.)
Ken grip or Sara grip.

Always check the trick rule specifics if practicing for an individual competition though.
