What's going to happen to kcc

As no one won the last kcc what is going to happen to it

Yes I know that if no one does the kcc it goes to the bka to make a new one but it was the bka's challenge, and instead of them using the challenge prizes in a new kcc their giving them away in the quiz

My question is, if you win the quiz do you get to write the next kcc or is the bka just going to make a new one with all new prizes???
