Title: KROM Walnut the CROSS Against Red Oak Hors'
Post by: mabulrub on 06 August, 2015, 09:07:29
The Question is specifically for those who tried both or at least one of them.

How do you compare these two together?
From your experience what can you say about them?
From experience how durable the Kendama is and how durable is spike before it starts flattening?

Although I have ordered the Cross (which is still in the way) but somehow I still feel the red oak Hors' looks adorable and I wanna make sure I would not regret my choice  ???

both walnut and red oak is super durable - two very nice kendamas!!
I personally like the heavier feel of the hors, but for quick flips and turntables I prefer walnut over anything!

I have got the Cross and it did not satisfy me. Very light and it just didn't feel right. For balance tricks i believe it has issues. Very light ken.

i have tried it few times and just put it aside.
