This video was shown to us during the JKA examiners course. It is meant to be illustrative of the synergy of movement and stillness. A concept that applies to kendama too.
Prepare to be mesmerised and terrified...

That's astonishing, her movement (and stillness) are incredible.

Powerful, and elegant.

I might start doing a few screams like that when I spike - who knows, could be a game improver!)
