Ooh I've seen something like that before. It was a youtube video of a guy (appeared to be Mexican / Latin American?) who was super good with one... or at least super good at one trick with it. He would launch the part with the hole in it off the handle, and snap it back on, super quick. And he did it literally hundreds of times in a row.

I can't remember what it was called... might just be a sort of Balero?

Yeap that was basically it! 'Perinola' doesn't ring a bell though, maybe the other video called it something different. Funny little thing, that guy is real good with it!
