Can u teach me?
So until today i never even tried to do a bird until i read the other forum posts about it. (Play kebdama for about a month) so after the read i tried and magicaly i landed it the first time. After doing birds for 2hours in a row i tried to do a botv. I land it every 1 out of 20times now. The trick (i think) is to just trow the ball up straight just a tiny little bit and than just move the ken. When the ken is in the right place move down with the ball (knees). This works for me but i think teres a lot more to this trck i don't know :)
Knees, knees and more knees. When you go up from crouch and your knees are almost straightyou have stop your hand and let tama fly over the ken. When it does put ken into right position. During the landing absorb the impact with your knees of course. Then spike the same way. Good luck!
