Just out of interest does anyone know what:
Big cup strike
Curl arm candle flip
Super flamingo hyper rising aeroplane
And, Big cup to 2 in 1 big cup

Are?

And I'm assuming:
Double (and triple) baseball = big cup > tap and swing  > tap and swing > big cup (triple is 1 extra)
Portable Shrine = body catch in secret grip
Lighthouse to no turn hop = lighthouse > 0-turn somersault
Hanging lighthouse to falling down = (from a standard hanging position) to lighthouse (no extra turns) > falling down
Lunar around the world = little cup > lunar > big cup > lunar > base cup > lunar (> spike)
Pray grip pull up in = (with the ken trapped between two flat palms) to spike
Curl arm candle flip = candle > curl > candle flip (I'm assuming its in more of a backhand/modified candle grip, if so?)
Kazaguruma = gunslinger base cup > gunslinger base cup > gunslinger spike
Eddying current swing in = whirlpool > snatch the ken and end in a spike
Big cup scooping = scoop up (off the floor)
Muscle swing in =(with the ken trapped between your arm) to swing in
Fishing = [noembed] [/noembed]

I'm still confused about Big Cup Strike 
So it's big cup but the string must be trapped underneath the tama?

I'm not sure either, but my guess would be that the string hole must be perfectly vertical. That seems to be what is being illustrated.
