Introduce Yourself

Just a thought, the introduce yourself thread isn't very obvious on a first encounter with the forum.  Any way of making it more in your face?  Maybe a popup suggesting a new member has a look at the thread when they first sign in?

I've added a mention in the registration agreement, and changed the thread icon to a "!". Not much else I can do without some major backend hacking, I'm afraid.
