...jammed with Thorkild and Mathias in Berlin, was a fun session, Mathias so enthusiastic introducing all the onlookers to kendama. You'd think he'd just discovered the thing. Looking forward to their session tomorrow.

... Spent my day with the players from the Kansai area in Kobe. The sun was shining but it was quite cold. Didn't matter, I learned so many new things. And I managed to do pull-up with a gunslinger, swing in with several rotations, a wrap around the fingers trick, and a swing in where the string is wrapped several times around the sarado. Awesome, these guys are so nice and extremely good players (up to the sixth Dan)

Just finished up at the Japanese Christmas Market where the KROM guys did a fantastic show. Came 2nd in the battle behind Peter (as always), then came to my own just jamming and sharing tricks with the novice guys. Tomorrow we're going to mooch around Berlin with the Autum Bikes crew, maybe even do some filming, would be great!

Anyway, today I... finally got 1-turn LH>  insta LH flip > insta LH flip > LH and managed to repeat it another 3 or 4 times! i guess its a trick that just 'clicks' after you get it the first time. Unfortunately I kept missing the fast hand stabs as I've been getting them more solid recently,.
