The price on these is indeed MUCH more reasonable. I have a couple of friends who have Taiyo's, but they bought them while on a trip to Japan. If I wanted one the cheapest I could find it online would likely be around $130-150 after shipping I'm guessing. The $70 price tag before shipping is awesome!

Is there any other place to get a Sunrise Performer from (e.g. Germany)?
Yesterday, I wasn't able to order one from Kendama USA at all. They wouldn't ship it to Germany. Today it seems to work.

And does anybody know if there's a website of Sunrise? Or even an on-line shop? I haven't found anything in the webs.

Thank you. Shipping is quite high, but the price is even lower than Sunrise's ECJ price.
Kendama USA now doesn't offer any Sunrise Performer at all (seem to be blocked in other customers' carts).

Actually, so far I've hardly used mine since I got it. I'll try to have a session in the near future and report back.
